Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes how refunds work for Tigrister PRO purchases. It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service, where the same text also appears as Section 10.

14-Day Full Refund

You may request a full refund of your Tigrister PRO purchase within 14 days of the purchase date, directly from the Subscription page of your customer portal. No explanation is required.

Processed Through Paddle

All payments and refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. You can review Paddle's Refund Policy for how they handle payments on our behalf.

What Happens When You Request a Refund

  • Your Tigrister PRO subscription is canceled immediately and will not renew.
  • Your license is revoked immediately and can no longer be used to run Tigrister PRO.
  • For enterprise subscriptions, the refund cancels the entire subscription and revokes every license assigned to your team members across the organization. The enterprise administrator is responsible for communicating this to the team before requesting a refund.
  • The refund is processed by Paddle and the funds are returned to your original payment method.

Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory refund or withdrawal rights that apply to you under consumer protection law.
